I took out a $ 100 payday advance and didn't pay it back on time. Are they going to cash the check I gave them (resulting in an insufficient funds check and possible criminal charges)?

they most certainly will. they will give you a few days and if you don't show and don't respond to their call they cash it.

After getting the first loan it was hard to get financially caught up, so then i got another to pay that one, and then another. it was on ongoing until i realized i had like 4-outstanding loans i could not pay back now, and my checking account was closed out, by the bank. I have like 4-more weeks before my tax return gets to me so i can finally pay them all back at once. But what worries me the most is what will happen until then....can i go to jail for it?

no u wont go to jail its a loan it should answer that in your agreement but it will hit your credit report after 30 days and be reported to chex systems and it will be hard for u to open another bank account just tell them when they call ur situation they should work with u a little
